Riff Music Stores is part of the ZIBI S.A Group. The ZIBI S.A Group has been on the market for over 30 years and owns other brands such as Time Trend and Noble Place. ZIBI Group is a distributor and owner of its own retail chains. Over 30 years of experience, knowledge and customer trust has resulted from running world famous brands such as Steinway, Casio, Takamine, Mapex, Flight, Jet, Nux, Vintage, DR and many others. We also have our own brand Be Joe. ZIBI Group S.A cooperates with a broad range of wholesales customers e.g. Empik, Biedronka, TERG S.A., Carrefour or RTV Euro AGD. The Central warehouse of the ZIBI Group is located in Sochaczew near Warsaw. It is 3700 m² with an after-sales service. Effective contact and communication with both our suppliers and customers is proven by long-term relationships and sales growth over the years.
We are still growing, Riff Music Salons is a network of 15 outlets throughout Poland, which boasts the sale of musical instruments from the world's most well-known and renowned brands. A highly valued asset of our salons is our competent and passionate staff and wide assortment, tailored to every musical genre. Riff also has two specialized Steinway Piano Gallery that offer the highest quality pianos, thanks to which Riff is the exclusive distributor of the Steinway & Sons brand in Poland.

TIME TO RIFF APP
As the only music shop in Poland to offer a loyalty programme in the form of a mobile app. The app is available for Android and iOS smartphones.
With the Time To Riff app installed, Riff customers can take advantage of attractive discounts and keep up to date with current salon events. Additionally, inspired by the popular stamp collecting in coffee shops, customers can collect stamps in the Time To Riff app, allowing them to earn discounts on strings, percussion instruments and other products. The Time To Riff app was developed in collaboration with our partner in the watch industry, Time Trend. Users can freely switch between Riff offers and our partner's suggestions.

We have an extensive network of dealers with whom we maintain long-term relationships and we are in tight cooperation with them. We actively follow the changing trends on the music market and react to them dynamically, constantly expanding our offer with new brands thanks to cooperation with the best partners.
EVENTS, PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES
We care about our musical community and are constantly growing it, which is why we are happy to organize events in our salons, such as clinics with renowned musicians (e.g. Gary Holt), concerts and regular string exchange events. Sharing passion and infecting others with it is a priority for us, which is why we organize events not only in our salons, but also at our customers' premises.
We know how important good relations are, which is why we regularly organize meetings with our customers. We are committed to ensuring that our salespeople and dealers are experts in their field, which is why we regularly invest in their training, competence improvement and adaptation to market changes. We care about the brands that are in our distribution, promote them strongly and develop their marketing. We provide up-to-date knowledge of instruments to our customers by constantly testing and reviewing equipment.
We manage marketing campaigns for brands in our distribution network, working with popular influencers. Examples of our actions: An advertisement for the Casio Privia PX-S700 was featured in the Polish edition of Vogue Living. We are collaborating with popular and respected Polish artists, e.g. Piotr Rubik, Julia Wieniawa, Magda Bereda and many others. We also work closely with Paweł Lemanski, the most popular and respected keyboard instrument reviewer in Poland. Krzysztof Zalewski, a renowned Polish artist, was an endorser of Takamine on MTV UNPLUGGED Tour.
Every year, the ZIBI Group supports The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation (supporting healthcare), Poland's largest charity organization, by donating a Takamine guitar for auction to the Foundation. The Takamine guitar is manufactured specially for the Foundation, and its artistic value is further enhanced by the painted portraits of artists performing at the famous Pol'and'Rock Festival, created by the renowned Polish painter Szymon Chwalisz. Takamine auctions are very popular, and every year, a new record for guitar sales is broken.
We are making the presentation of brands for which we are the exclusive distributor, design marketing materials, premium graphics, promotional videos ( Casio advertisement produced by ZIBI Group or Be Joe advertisement ) and create Polish websites for the brands we develop MAPEX , CASIO, creating their own educational materials.
We have recently launched an affiliate programme for music teachers, which represents a further strengthening of our collaboration with them. Furthermore, we collaborate with select strategic partners, including Benefit System, Worksmile and Credit Agricole's Benefits Zone.

As the only music salon in Poland, we have created a space where concerts are organized. We are proud of our highly popular Music Riff Stage series, where we have had the pleasure of hosting many well-known and respected artists.
